- If your purchase is exempt from sales tax, please send your exemption certificate to Tax.Dept@Hobartservice.com
What to Include:
Your account number or a sales order number (to help us locate your account)
A valid sales tax exemption certificate for the applicable state(s)
What to Expect After Submission:
Confirmation: You’ll receive an automated email confirmation that your request has been received.
Processing Time: Standard processing is 3–5 business days upon receipt of all proper documentation.
Credits: If approved, credits will be applied to past eligible orders.
Confirmation of Update:
To verify that your tax-exempt status has been successfully applied, please check that no sales tax is charged on your next order. If tax still appears, contact Customer Care at 877-333-1863 for assistance.
